Astghik Ghukasyan

Astghik Ghukasyan has a background in customer support and sales. Astghik started their career in 2015 at Ginosi Hospitality Management, where they worked as a Customer Service Specialist until 2020. In 2020, they moved on to Krisp, where they took on the role of a Customer Support Specialist until 2022. Currently, they are working as a Sales Development Representative at MSP360, starting in October 2022. Throughout their work experience, Astghik has developed strong customer service and support skills.

Astghik Ghukasyan holds a Master's degree in Translation from The Yerevan State Linguistic University after V. Brusov, which was obtained from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Translation from the same university, from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have also obtained a certification in the "Product-Led Growth workshop" from the Armenian Code Academy in May 2022.
