Traci Lesneski has served as CEO and Principal of MSR Design since May 1996, advocating for an integrated design approach that balances human well-being, building performance, aesthetics, and delight. Notable projects include the award-winning VCAM building at Haverford College and the new library and culture house in Missoula, Montana. Prior to this role, Traci was a Designer at Ellerbe Becket from 1993 to 1996, focusing on workplace programming, planning, and design.
