Lucky P's work experience began in 2016 at Apex Consulting Services, where they held the position of OPT Recruiter until 2018. They then moved on to work at flex Consulting Services as an OPT Recruiter until 2019. From 2018 to 2019, they also worked at USM Business Systems as an Opt Recruiter. In 2019, they joined Confidential as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and stayed until 2020. Currently, they are working at MSRcosmos LLC as an Opt Sourcing professional. Lucky P has experience in recruiting, coordinating interviews, managing databases, and delivering client needs within deadlines.

Lucky P completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from MALINENI PERUMALLU EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY'S GROUP OF INSTITUTIONS (INTIGRATED CAMPUS) PULLADIGUNTA (V), VATTICHERUKURU (M), PIN-522017 (CC-7W) from 2011 to 2015.
