Eileen Kustafik is the current Director of Pure Install at MSS, Inc. Eileen has also been a District Manager at GameStop from March 2001 to May 2019. As a District Manager, their responsibilities included attracting, developing, and retaining top talent by creating a positive, supportive, results-based work environment. Additionally, they were responsible for communicating the potential that others have to grow with GameStop, including career path information. Eileen was also in charge of empowering store teams to act quickly and creatively to resolve guest issues. Some of their other accomplishments include validating that stores are scheduling based on sales trends and business needs, reviewing stores’ shrink results, conducting post inventory counts, and monitoring stores’ appearance.
