Erica Timms

Erica Timms has been the Director of Customer Care at MSS, Inc. since April 2013. Prior to that, Erica served as Customer Care Manager at the same company. Before joining MSS, Inc., Erica worked at Ace Relocation Systems from August 1999 to April 2013, where Erica held the position of Claims Manager. Erica holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, which Erica completed between 1999 and 2008.
