Esteban Roa

Esteban Roa is an experienced clinical supervisor and psychologist with a strong background in systemic and addiction therapies. Currently serving as Supervisor Clínico Terapia Multisistémica at MST Services since March 2019, Esteban oversees clinical supervision for a team of therapists and provides individualized support to enhance clinical competencies. Previous roles include Psychologist at the Programa Ambulatorio Intensivo Kitralhue, Subdirector Técnico at ONG Padre Chango, and various positions in therapeutic communities and juvenile programs. Esteban holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad del Desarrollo and has completed advanced training in clinical psychotherapy, including a recent diploma in Brief Systemic Psychotherapy.
