Aline Tsuruda

Aline Tsuruda has a robust background in venture capital and business development, currently working at MSW Capital as a Venture Capital professional since August 2023. Previously, Aline held a business development role at 180° Seguros, where responsibilities included preparing investor reports and market opportunity analysis. Aline also served as a Corporate Venture Capital Junior Leader at nstech, focusing on structuring the corporate venture capital area, startup analysis, and business planning. Early career experiences include an FP&A internship at GPA, where project KPIs were tracked, and Aline was involved in project feasibility analysis. Aline's leadership skills were demonstrated as Vice President of Grêmio Politécnico da USP, managing student engagement and partnerships. Aline holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Computing from Escola Politécnica da USP and a Master's in Business Management from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.
