Marcelo Gomes

Marcelo Gomes has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Marcelo started their career in 2010 as a Consultant at Dealer Qualification. Later, they worked at Mapfre as an Economic Analyst and Control and Compliance Officer. During this time, they gained experience in analyzing economic indicators and presenting asset management strategies to institutional investors. In 2011, Marcelo joined MSX International Brasil where they held multiple roles, including After Sales Process Consultant, Project Coordinator, and Account and Operations Manager. In these positions, they focused on improving customer satisfaction, increasing productivity, and achieving financial results. Marcelo also collaborated with MSX's teams worldwide to exchange best practices and improve business globally. Currently, Marcelo is serving as the Operations Director for South American Operations at MSX International, where they are responsible for implementing organizational strategies in the region and ensuring the achievement of objectives set by the headquarters.

Marcelo Gomes completed a XBA Xponential Business Administration program at StartSe in 2023. Marcelo also pursued a graduate degree in Services Business Management at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they studied Marketing at the same university from 2017 to 2018. Marcelo'sundergraduate education was in Economy at the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie from 2003 to 2009. Marcelo Gomes has obtained several certifications throughout their career, including "AI for Leaders" and "xBA - Xponential Business Administration."
