Kelly Rodriguez

Kelly Rodriguez, SHRM-CP, serves as an Employee Relations Associate at M&T Bank since July 2021, managing the bank-wide unemployment process and overseeing the replacement of employees on disability. Previously, Kelly completed a one-year Employee Relations Management Development Trainee program at M&T Bank, aligning with training in Precision Leadership and customer experience. Kelly's experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Cornell University's B.A.B.Y Lab, a Sales Associate at The Cornell Store, and a Program Assistant for the Prefreshman Summer Program. Leadership skills were demonstrated as President of the Phi Xi Chapter of Phi Mu Fraternity and as Director of Harm Reduction and Prevention. Additionally, Kelly gained public relations experience as an intern at BT PR, supporting high-profile music industry clients. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cornell University.
