Nicole M. Wilkinson

Nicole M. Wilkinson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Business Banking Education & Development and Senior Sales Strategy Manager at M&T Bank since January 2018. With a strong background in technology and business operations, Nicole has successfully led initiatives such as the Sustainable Finance initiative and the M&T Bank Mobile Technology Initiative, while also enhancing processes and communication within teams. Additionally, Nicole has taught as an Adjunct Instructor at the University at Buffalo since 2020. Prior professional experiences include roles at MBMS, Inc., where Nicole supervised software implementation services and served as a consultant, as well as a tenure as a high school social studies teacher. Nicole holds an MBA from the University at Buffalo and a Master's in Education, complementing a Bachelor’s degree in History from SUNY Brockport.
