Penny Barefoot possesses extensive experience in logistics and transportation management, currently serving as Transportation Manager at Mt. Olive Pickle Company Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this role, Penny had a long tenure at Butterball, LLC, from August 2001 to August 2022, where responsibilities included multiple positions such as Logistics Buyer, Transportation Network Analyst, and Freight Pay Specialist.
