Chad Musgrove

Chad Musgrove has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Chad is currently working as a Senior Vice President at M&T Realty Capital Corporation since 2022. In this role, they are responsible for originating business within the commercial real estate capital markets and networking with senior and c-level professionals to establish relationships in the commercial real estate community.

Before joining M&T Realty Capital Corporation, Chad worked at Lument, where they held various positions from 2011 to 2022. Chad started as an Analyst in the Commercial Real Estate division before progressing to Assistant Vice President, Vice President of Originations, and eventually Associate Director. During their time at Lument, they were involved in property analysis, credit underwriting, and negotiating legal documentation for financing transactions.

Prior to Lument, Chad worked at Auriemma Consulting Group as an Associate, where they focused on business development within the Industry Roundtable division. Chad researched roundtable ideas, established contacts with potential clients, and participated in discussions with C-level executives.

Chad also gained experience as a Research Associate at Coleman Research Group and as a Research Assistant at Columbia Business School. Chad started their career at the New York City Department of Finance in the Treasury Department and later worked at UBS Wealth Management in Private Wealth Management.
