Connie Morales Gutierrez

Connie Morales Gutierrez, Ed.D. serves as the Dean of ACCESS & Wellness at Mt. San Antonio College since January 2024. With a diverse background in higher education, Connie has held leadership roles including Director at Rio Hondo College and Administrator at Compton College, emphasizing student-focused community college leadership and ADA compliance expertise. As a self-employed Professional Sign Language Interpreter with additional qualifications in public administration, Connie has contributed to various sectors including the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Academically, Connie holds a Doctor of Education in Community College Leadership and multiple master's degrees in Public Administration and Anthropology from California State University, Fullerton and National University.
