Pieter Poels is a mechanical engineering professional with extensive experience in special machinery and custom printing machines. Currently serving as the Mechanical Lead Engineer at MTA Group since February 2023, Pieter previously held the position of Manager Mechanical Engineering and Lead Mechanical Engineer at Kulicke & Soffa Netherlands from June 2016 to February 2023. Prior to that, Pieter worked as a Mechanical Engineer at AAE bv from November 2009 to June 2016, focusing on pre-engineering, design, drafting, and manufacturing support. Pieter's earlier experience includes a research role at Charles Darwin University in Australia, where involvement centered on the development of a constant torque electro motor. Pieter holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, obtained in 2009, and completed VWO at Scholengemeenschap St. Ursula in 2003.
