Xavier Buise

Xavier Buise is an experienced professional currently serving as a Praktijkopleider, begeleider praktijkleren, and trainer at MTB Maastricht since March 2023, leading the BasisFit project aimed at enhancing essential skills in reading, writing, mathematics, and digital proficiency. With a solid background in recruitment and HR roles at Podium24 since January 2016, Xavier has previously held positions as a job coach and consultant at MTB Phoenix, an ambulant coach at Bent BV, and a home coach at Envida.
