Stephanie Dell

Stephanie Dell is the Director of Human Resources at MTE Consultants. Stephanie has over 20 years of experience in human resources, and has held positions at both The Economical Insurance Group and YMCA-YWCA of Guelph. As a Specialist in Organizational Development at The Economical Insurance Group, Stephanie was responsible for consulting with organization leaders on employee engagement and leader development. Stephanie also conducted research into best practices, created change management strategies and communication plans, and gathered and analyzed HR metrics to identify performance gaps within the organization.

At YMCA-YWCA of Guelph, Stephanie served as the Manager of Human Resources. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration and training. Stephanie was also instrumental in developing and implementing several new HR programs, including a performance management system and an employee recognition program.

Stephanie is a highly respected HR professional, and their experience in both organizational development and human resources management makes their uniquely qualified to lead the HR team at MTE Consultants.

Stephanie Dell's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University.
