Antti Laukkonen

Antti Laukkonen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Antti is currently serving as the Director for Mtech Digital Solutions since May 2022.

Prior to their current role, Laukkonen worked at Neviso Oy from October 2019 to May 2022, where they served as the Managing Director. Their responsibilities involved developing the company through international software project deliveries and local area IT service business. Antti showcased expertise in areas such as software production, logistics, ERP, Scrum, business development, and IT service, along with proficiency in Azure, Linux, SQL, Delphi, Java, API, and mobile apps.

From 2009 to 2019, Laukkonen was associated with Atria Suomi Oy, where they held several positions. Antti started as a trainee, gaining exposure to various aspects of the production process, and subsequently worked as a Production Foreman, Production Manager, and finally as a Project/Development Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated skills in management, leadership, process development, cost control, investments, operational management, yield, and OEE.

Earlier in their career, Laukkonen worked as a Senior Software Specialist at Primea Systems Oy from 2007 to 2011, focusing on customer projects, software architecture, and company strategy. Antti also served as a Development Engineer at Finn-Power Oy from 2007 to 2009, where they implemented installations and system startups at customer sites, and contributed to improving internal processes. Prior to that, they worked as a Project Engineer at SW-Development Ltd from 2005 to 2007, gaining hands-on experience in customer projects, dynamic simulation, production efficiency, and process development in various countries.

Furthermore, Laukkonen started their career as a Software Engineer at Vacon Plc in 2004, where they undertook summer projects related to performance tests and simulator development.

Antti Laukkonen obtained their M.Sc degree in Automation Technology and Economics from Tampere University of Technology from the period of 2002 to 2007. In 2015 and 2016, Antti enrolled at the Management Institute of Finland to study Work Study and Measurement, although no degree was specified. From 2009 to 2010, they pursued their Food Economy PD degree at the University of Helsinki. Additionally, in 2004, Antti studied Computer Software and Economics at the Czech Technical University in Prague for a brief period of time.
