Óscar Alcario Corella

Óscar Alcario Corella has extensive experience in human resources and management, currently serving in the Human Resources department at Metalogenia since July 2012, responsible for implementing and coordinating HR policies at the Monzón plant. Prior to this, Óscar coordinated the operations of Fundación Etnodiversidad from July 2008 to July 2012, focusing on sustainable management for a non-profit organization. Óscar also held the position of Coordinator at Grupo Ñam from February 2007 to July 2008, where responsibilities included business management and resource optimization. Before that, at Guardian Industries from February 2003 to February 2007, Óscar held roles in both HR policy implementation and production supervision. Óscar holds a law degree from the University of Valencia and has completed CS Managering.
