Karl-Gustav Elf

Karl-Gustav Elf is currently a Management Trainee at Modern Times Group MTG AB, starting in September 2023. Previously, Karl-Gustav completed a Master's thesis at Northzone from January to June 2023, focusing on the role of venture capital in the sustainable transition. Prior experience includes a Growth Intern position at Sana Labs, an Investor Relations Intern role at OQAM, and leadership positions at Sektionen för Industriell Ekonomi LTH as President of the Mentor Committee and a member of the Sports Committee. Karl-Gustav has also completed internships at Scania Group and Svenska Försäkringsfabriken as well as served as a Personal Assistant at Ekerö kommun. Karl-Gustav holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, obtained in 2023.
