Richard Lakin has extensive experience in service delivery and operations management, currently serving as the Service Delivery & Operations Director at MTI since October 2018. Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at Trustmarque, including IT Service Delivery Manager and Service Desk & Desktop Service Manager, from 2016 to October 2019 and April 2012 to October 2019, respectively. Richard also worked as the Service Desk/Infrastructure Manager at ACUTEC from March 2010 to March 2012 and as the Eastern Region Team Manager at Fujitsu from February 2008 to February 2010.
