Stew Cropper is the Owner of Cropper Enterprises and has significant experience in employee recognition consultancy. Since July 1981, Stew Cropper has served as a Recognition Consultant at MTM Recognition, focusing on the sales, development, implementation, and ongoing support of employee recognition platforms and programs. Prior to this role, Stew Cropper worked at Josten Recognition Division from June 1981 to November 2001, specializing in the sales of employee recognition programs. Stew Cropper holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from The University of Kansas, attained between 1971 and 1975.
