Erik Kneebone

Erik Kneebone has a diverse background in network engineering and technical support. Erik started their career at mc.net as a Technical Support representative from April 1998 to January 2000. Erik then moved on to DLS Internet Services, where they worked as a Network Engineer from January 2000 to October 2007, handling residential and business support for wired and wireless services. After that, Erik joined Equivoice as a Network Engineer, providing various client support tasks, including new client installations, general networking support, and inventory management. Erik also had responsibilities in WAN technology support and installation in a Cisco Environment. From July 2014 onwards, Erik has been a part of MTM, Inc., initially working as a Network Engineer and later taking on the role of Lead for Telephone and Data Networks.

Erik Kneebone attended Kishwaukee College from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Prior to that, they attended Illinois State University from 1995 to 1996, majoring in Computer Science. Erik completed their secondary education at Cary Grove High School from 1992 to 1995. Additionally, Erik obtained a Cisco Certified Networking Associate certification in 2010.
