Khanyi Citwa

Khanyi Citwa is an experienced professional with a strong background in software testing and integration analysis. Currently serving as a Software Test Lead at MTN since November 2019, Khanyi also holds the position of Integration Business Analyst and QA at Eskom Holdings SOC Ltd since September 2016, and has been working as an IT Software Support specialist at LDM since February 2014. Responsibilities include updating user manuals, training users, overseeing development activities, recording test results, logging bugs, and developing reports related to application development. Khanyi holds a National Diploma in IT (Software Development) from Walter Sisulu University and is a certified tester with an ISTQB Certificate in Analysis and Functional Analysis, as well as Automation Testing.
