Nomsa Thusi has extensive experience in strategic development and management within the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Group Senior Manager for Global Value Propositions for High-Value Customers at MTN since January 2016. Prior to that, Nomsa held various leadership positions at Vodacom from 2004 to 2016, including Executive Head roles in Propositions, Corporate Communications, and Commercial Business Partners, where responsibilities encompassed strategy formation, customer insights research, and revenue target achievement. Nomsa began a career in marketing with roles in brand and product management across several companies, demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing strategy and implementation. Academically, Nomsa holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Wits Business School and a BCom degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
