Refiloe Kgoloane

Refiloe Kgoloane is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and employment relations. Since October 2021, Refiloe has served as a Group Legal Senior Manager at MTN, overseeing diverse litigation management including commercial, intellectual property, and employee relations across various jurisdictions such as South Africa, Nigeria, and the US. Previously, Refiloe held positions at Shell as Legal Counsel focusing on global litigation in Sub-Saharan Africa, and at Moodie and Robertson as an Associate and Candidate Attorney where litigation, disciplinary enquiries, and contract vetting were key responsibilities. Refiloe holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of the Witwatersrand.
