Sonny Onyegbula is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relations and management within the telecommunications and airline industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Customer Relations at MTN since November 2008, Sonny develops and supervises strategic action plans to achieve business objectives while leading diverse teams. Previously, Sonny held various roles at Econet/Vmobile/Celtel, including Supervisor of Travels and Protocol and Manager of Commercial Services, where key structures for customer service were established. Additionally, Sonny served as the Head of Call Center at Zain in 2008 and worked as a Sales Manager at Lufthansa German Airlines from 2000 to 2002. Sonny is an alumnus of the University of Lagos.
