Mahshad Abtahi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles within the HR field. They started their career at MarjanTile as a Project Coordinator in 2011. Since 2013, they have been working at MTN Irancell, where they have held positions such as OD and Performance Specialist, Human Capital Data Analyst, Human Capital Senior Analyst, People Analytics Manager, and most recently, HR Strategy & People Analytics Lead. Throughout their career, Mahshad has demonstrated expertise in areas such as HR analytics, data science, HR reporting, performance management, and organizational development. They have also shown a commitment to continuous learning and knowledge sharing, providing consultancy and training to team members in data science and people analytics.

Mahshad Abtahi completed their undergraduate studies in Industrial Engineering at Isfahan University of Technology from 2006 to 2010. Mahshad then pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering at Alzahra University from 2011 to 2013. Mahshad has also obtained several certifications, including Digital Transformation in Human Resource Management from Hamrah Academy in 2020 and Data Science with Python from Iran Linux House in 2020. Additionally, they hold certifications in Intermediate Python for Data Science and Introduction to Python from DataCamp in 2019. Furthermore, Mahshad has certifications as a Certified KPI Professional from The KPI Institute in 2017 and as an HR Strategic Business Partner from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in 2016. Most recently, they have completed the MTN Data Science Academy Gold Level, Silver Level, and Bronze Level certifications from Altron and Altron Karabina in 2022 and 2021, respectively.
