Bunmi Akadiri

Bunmi Akadiri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer acquisition and IT service management, currently serving as Manager of Customer Acquisition IT at MTN Nigeria since September 2017. In this role, Bunmi is responsible for maintaining customer relationships across business departments, understanding business needs to determine necessary IT service levels, and translating business objectives into Service Level Agreements. Previous positions include serving as Service Quality Assurance Coordinator at Wipro, where Bunmi conducted compliance audits and coordinated management operations reviews, and as Information Technology Service Desk Team Lead at Computer Warehouse Group, where responsibilities included managing first-line support for MTN Nigeria's IT systems and facilitating incident status management. Bunmi holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Mathematics from Adekunle Ajasin University.
