Magdalene Orkpeh

Magdalene Orkpeh is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in IT Architecture and Engineering at MTN Nigeria since June 2016, where responsibilities include stakeholder analysis, requirements clarification, and the design of business processes. Prior roles at MTN Nigeria include Executive Assistant in the IT division, facilitating collaboration meetings and driving digital initiatives, as well as Project Coordinator/Scrum Master focused on risk management and project reporting. Earlier experience encompasses an Operations Administrator role at MTN Nigeria, where involvement in finance-driven process improvements occurred, and leadership in customer service at MacTay Consulting Limited. Magdalene holds a Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Benue State University. Magdalene is also certified as a CBAP, PSMI, and in ITIL.
