Olusegun Salami is a highly experienced telecommunications professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Transmission Access Planning at MTN Nigeria since February 2013, overseeing a substantial transmission budget of $150 million annually and managing a network with over 10,000 base stations. With a track record that includes successfully upgrading microwave networks in preparation for LTE deployment and extensive experience in managing transmission services and optimization, Olusegun has played key roles in provisioning projects across various segments of the telecommunications network. Previous positions encompass Senior Manager of Transmission Services and Transmission Optimisation Manager at MTN, in addition to educational credentials including an MBA from the University of Bradford and executive education at Wharton Business School.
