Theogene N. has extensive work experience in the field of information security. Theogene is currently working as the FinTech Lead Information Security Officer at MTN Rwanda since May 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Technical Manager at NextByte Ltd. starting from January 2021. From June 2020 to May 2021, they worked as the Information Security Manager at Unguka Bank PLC. Their earlier work experience includes the position of IT Security Engineer at ALPHA COMPUTER from March 2017 to June 2020.

Theogene N. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from UR-College of Science and Technology from 2012 to 2016. In 2021, they started pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Quantic School of Business and Technology, which is expected to be completed in 2023. They have obtained several certifications including "Certified Trainer" from PECB and "Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)" from ISACA in 2023. They also hold certifications such as "Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)" from EC-Council in 2022 and "EC-Council Certified Security Analyst: Penetration Testing (ECSA)" in 2019. Other certifications include "Advanced Mobile Device Forensics Foundation" from Teel Technologies in 2019.
