Umurungi Lilian

Umurungi Lilian has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and insurance sectors, currently serving as a Branch Manager at MTN Rwanda since 2002. Previous roles at MTN include CRM Executive, Service Centre Supervisor, and Sales Assistant, where responsibilities encompassed the development of CRM strategies, managing customer databases, and executing corporate sales strategies. Prior to MTN, Umurungi held the position of Sales Supervisor at Cogear Insurance Company, focusing on sales strategy and corporate promotions. Academic credentials include an MBA in Project Management from Maastricht School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bangalore University.
