Mirko Tagliabue

Mirko Tagliabue has a diverse work experience in executive search and recruitment. Mirko currently serves as the Managing Director at MT Partners, a leading sales and marketing executive search firm in Switzerland. Mirko is responsible for conducting searches for managers and executives in the industrial and technology sectors, with a focus on the DACH region. In addition, Mirko is a Partner at Continental Search Alliance, a European executive search network specializing in talent-led digital transformation in technology across various industries. Mirko has also served as a Board Member at BEAT Fitness and as the Managing Director Recruitment at Atlas Entertainment Management. Mirko is the Co-Founder and CEO of Esplorest GmbH, a company they started in 2019 and led until 2022. Prior to these roles, they gained experience in executive search at Egon Zehnder and worked as an International Recruiter at Saipem Global Petroproject Services AG. Mirko also has experience in human resources, having served as the Head of Human Resources at Conveyor S.A. and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Guess Europe Sagl. Mirko began their career as an HR intern at Ermenegildo Zegna.

Mirko Tagliabue's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts with Hons (B.A. Hons) degree in Business and Management from Oxford Brookes University, which they earned from 2009 to 2012. In 2009, they also obtained a Language Degree in English from Regent School Oxford.
