Jonathan Foxman

Jonathan Foxman has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Jonathan currently serves as President and CEO of Illinois Valley Cellular since 2022. Prior to this, they were President and CEO of MTPCS, LLC d/b/a Cellular One from 2005 onwards. Jonathan also worked as President and CEO of MT Networks, LLC from 2020. Additionally, Jonathan has held positions at Competitive Carriers Association, serving as a Board Member, Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Treasurer. Jonathan was the Executive Director of the Family Support Foundation for Mental Illness from 2008 to 2019. Before that, they served as President and CEO of Highland Cellular, LLC from 2003 to 2006, and as Executive Vice President and COO of SOL Communications from 1996 to 2001. Jonathan started their career as the Director of Strategic and Business Planning at BIA Consulting, Inc. in 1994.

Jonathan Foxman completed their education in a chronological manner. Jonathan first attended The Episcopal Academy from 1969 to 1983. Afterwards, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics from the University of Vermont between 1983 and 1989. Jonathan then decided to further their education by enrolling in the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from 1990 to 1992.
