Fiinu Martti

Fiinu Martti has a diverse range of work experience, starting in the sales industry at companies such as Alko Oy, Newtop oy, and Pentik Oy. In these roles, they gained customer service and sales skills, as well as experience in recruitment processes and invoicing.

Fiinu then transitioned into the field of human resources, starting as a HR trainee at YIT Construction Finland and later taking on roles as HR Specialist and HR Senior Specialist at YIT, focusing on resourcing services and supporting employees.

Most recently, Fiinu Martti has been working at MTV Oy as both an HR Business Partner and the Head of HR. In these positions, they are responsible for various HR functions and ensuring the well-being of employees.

Outside of their HR career, Fiinu Martti also worked as a Customer Coordinator at Yrityspäivät, where they played a role in coordinating a large recruiting and networking event, including communicating with attending companies.

Fiinu Martti completed a Master's Degree in Programme in Administrative Studies with a specialization in Administrative Science from the University of Tampere from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, Fiinu Martti obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Programme in Administrative Studies with a focus on Administrative Science from the same university between 2012 and 2015. Before attending the University of Tampere, Fiinu Martti pursued an Associate's Degree in Degree Programme in Professional Sales from Turku University of Applied Sciences from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Fiinu Martti participated in an Erasmus student exchange program at Universitat d'Alacant in 2010, studying International Business.
