Kiia Kaljunen

Kiia Kaljunen is a professional with diverse experience in customer care, coaching, and organizational roles. Currently serving as a Customer Care Coach and Customer Care Specialist at MTV Oy since May 2021, Kiia also holds the position of Assistant Football Coach at Helsingin Palloseura since November 2021. Previous roles include Secretary of Member Services at the Student Union of Lappeenranta University of Technology and Vice Chairperson of the Board and Master of Ceremonies at Enklaavi ry. Kiia gained early experience as a Salesperson at Stockmann. Kiia is pursuing a degree at LUT University, expected to graduate in 2023.
