Minttu Paju

Minttu Paju has a diverse work experience across various industries. Minttu began their career at JC Jeans Company in 2000, where they worked as a Salesperson and Department Manager for five years. In 2005, they joined Diacor terveyspalvelut Oy as a Customer Service and Receptionist, a position they held for a year. Minttu then moved on to Marketing Agency Johdin Ltd., where they served as a Producer/Project Manager from 2006 to 2011, Project Director from 2011 to 2012, and later as an Account Manager from 2012 to 2014. Following their time at the agency, they transitioned to Discovery Networks Finland, taking up the role of Account Manager from 2014 to 2017. Their most recent experience is with MTV Oy, where they were an Account Manager from 2017 to 2021, Creative Strategist from 2022 to 2023, and currently serves as the Head of the Client Manager Team starting from February 2023.

Minttu Paju completed their High School education at Kallion ilmaisutaidon lukio from 1997 to 2000. Minttu then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Kansainvälinen yritysmarkkinointi at Laurea ammattikorkeakoulu from 2001 to 2003.
