Ville Eklund

Ville Eklund is an accomplished journalist with extensive experience in crime journalism and data-driven reporting at MTV Oy since February 2015. Eklund also served as a news trainee, focusing on data collection and visualization. From June 2018 to May 2023, Eklund was a board member, and chairman of the board of the Finnish Association for Investigative Journalism. Previous experience includes a role as a shop assistant at HOK-Elanto and as a sub-editor at Tuima.fi. Eklund holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Culture and Arts, specializing in Journalism, from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences.
