Martin J. Nagell

Martin J. Nagell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in responsible investing, mergers and acquisitions, and board governance. Currently serving as Director of Responsible Investing at Mubadala since January 2025, Martin previously held leadership roles at Masdar, including Director of Mergers and Acquisitions and Adviser to the CEO, spanning from October 2020 to January 2025. Martin has been a board member for several organizations, including Jordan Wind Project Company PSC, London Array Limited, Torresol Energy Investments, and Shams Power Company. Prior to these roles, Martin was Head of Asset Management and Head of Strategy & Planning at Masdar, contributing significantly to renewable energy investments and corporate strategy. Martin's earlier career includes experience at The Boston Consulting Group and Danske Bank Corporate Finance, with a strong academic background in finance, strategy, and corporate development.
