Mona Talih

Mona Talih currently serves as an Operating Partner at Mubadala since January 2023. Prior to this role, Mona was the Head of Operations & Global Customer Experience at JOKR from March 2021 to 2023. Mona also held the position of Senior Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from September 2015 to March 2021, where valuable experience was gained in addressing complex challenges across ten countries in various markets. Earlier career roles include Senior Associate and Business Analyst at American University of Beirut, as well as internships at Benta Pharma Industries and Petrofac, where contributions included process optimization and design modeling for offshore rigs. Mona holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from American University of Beirut, along with participation in exchange programs at the University of California, Berkeley, and Universidad de Oviedo, and completion of the French Baccalaureate at International College.
