Naima AL FALASI is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in portfolio strategy and project management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Portfolio Strategy at Mubadala since May 2023, Naima previously held the position of Strategy Execution in the Office of Strategic Affairs at Abu Dhabi Global Market from June 2020 to June 2023. Naima's career includes significant roles such as Senior Project Manager at FIS, Project Manager at HSBC Bank Middle East, and EMEA Project Manager in the private sector. Naima also founded and led Cristal Internet Group, a pioneer in Algeria’s consumer e-commerce sector. Earlier experiences include Business Project Manager at BNP Paribas and Service Delivery Manager at Atos Origin.
