Richard Nordell

Richard Nordell currently serves as the Head of Real Estate Investments at Mubadala, a position held since March 2014, with a focus on global real estate investment, particularly in the UK and US markets. Previous roles at Mubadala include Acting Head of Real Estate Investments, Director, and Senior Vice President. Prior to Mubadala, Richard worked at Revcap Advisors Limited as a Senior Associate, where responsibilities included the acquisition, asset management, and disposal of multi-sector real estate holdings across Europe, with an emphasis on the UK, Nordics, Poland, and Germany. Early in their career, Richard was a Surveyor at Knight Frank, concentrating on European investments in the Nordics, Germany, and Poland. Richard holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment and a BA in History and Economics from the University of Reading, alongside educational background from The Leys School Cambridge and Dubai College.
