Chao Yu

Chao Yu has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2004, Chao worked at Bishi Kang as an IE supervisor and Production Supervisor, where they supervised and organized the production line to meet requirements efficiently. Chao then worked at 3M as a Sr. Lean Engineer from 2009 to 2011, leading and deploying Lean and Operation Excellence initiatives across various functions. Following that, Chao joined SIG Keimei Packaging as a Lean Sigma Supervisor for a brief period, providing support and coaching to Green Belt project managers. Since 2011, Chao has been associated with Mubea, initially serving as a Lean Manufacturing Manager and defining improvement opportunities. They later took on the role of Production Manager and subsequently became the Plant Manager. Currently, Chao holds the position of Operation Director at Mubea.

Chao Yu completed a Bachelor's degree in Industry Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology from 2000 to 2004. Chao then pursued a Master's degree in Industry Engineering from Tongji University, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Concurrently, from 2014 to 2016, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Steinbeis Hochschule.
