Megan Devenish

Megan Devenish is an experienced professional in the travel industry, currently holding the position of Head of Product & Sustainability at Much Better Adventures since December 2018. In this role, Megan is responsible for delivering strategy, growth, and optimization of new products while recruiting host partners. Prior to this, Megan worked as a Responsible Travel Adviser at Jacada Travel, focusing on sustainable travel practices, and served as Responsible Tourism Manager at Exodus Travels Ltd, where responsibilities included sustainability strategy, supplier liaison, and committee decision-making. Earlier experience encompasses roles as Development Manager at Classic Challenge, Event Manager with Frontier Travel, and various positions at Classic Challenge, including Tour Leader and Operations Coordinator. Megan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Culture and Society from the University of Birmingham and a Master of Science in Responsible Tourism Management from Leeds Beckett University.
