Ankit Verma

Ankit Verma has been working in the finance industry since 2013. In 2013, they began as a Teaching Assistant Global Finance at New York University, where they created portfolios on a global scale, foreign exchange risk, and asset pricing. In 2014, they worked as a Structured Products Associate at Edelweiss Capital and as a Quantitative Risk Analyst Intern at Aleph1 Portfolio Construction Inc. From 2015 to 2020, they worked at Barclays as an Equity Derivatives and Commodities Trading, where they were responsible for structuring equity and index products, conducting stress tests and performance forecasts, and generating new trade ideas for complex equity derivative structures. In 2018, they began as a Portfolio Manager at B&B Analytics. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as an Angel Investor at Purple Style Labs (PSL), Moonshot Academy (Whooping Crane Ventures Pvt. Ltd.), and Treflo. Currently, they are a Founding Partner & CIO at Mudrex.

Ankit Verma obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Telecommunications Engineering from B. M. S. College of Engineering between 2008 and 2012. Ankit then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MS) in Financial and Risk Engineering from New York University between 2012 and 2014. Ankit also holds a certification in NISM Cash and Equity Derivatives from NISM.
