Harisen Feldman

Harisen Feldman currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Human Capital at Mudrick Capital Management, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Harisen was Vice President of Talent and Human Resources at Strategic Value Partners from February 2023 to August 2024 and worked as a Human Resources Business Partner for Revantage, a Blackstone Company, from February 2020 to February 2023, where responsibilities included supporting Blackstone’s Real Estate Portfolio Companies. Harisen also held the position of Head of People at Blackstone Real Estate Hotels and Resorts, focusing on talent management and organizational development. Additional experience includes managing human capital during mergers and acquisitions at WeWork and a consultancy role at EY. Harisen holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University, complemented by a minor in Art History.
