Chris J. Miritello

Chris J. Miritello is currently the VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Mueller Industries. Prior to this, they were a Litigation Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from September 2008 to August 2015, where they engaged in a complex, diverse commercial litigation practice, including class actions, investigations, intellectual property matters, M&A litigation, securities matters, insurance-related disputes, appellate and multidistrict litigation proceedings. Chris also served as the Secretary for the New York City Bar Committee on Securities Litigation from 2013-2014. Before their time at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, they were a Legislative Aide at the New York State Senate from June 2003 to August 2005.

Chris J. Miritello has a Doctor of Law (JD) from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from Harvard University.
