David Myers

David Myers is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as VP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Spirit AeroSystems since August 2021. Myers has held various positions within the company, including VP, Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, as well as Senior Director and Director roles. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at The Greenbrier Companies and Associate Attorney at Tonkon Torp LLP, among others. Myers gained expertise as Assistant General Counsel at Aequitas Capital and as an Associate Attorney at Saalfeld Griggs PC. Additionally, Myers contributed to legal education as an Adjunct Professor at Willamette University College of Law. Academically, Myers holds an LLM in Tax from the University of Washington, a JD from Willamette University, and a BA in Political Science from Brigham Young University.
