Jennifer Mooney

Jennifer Mooney has a diverse work experience, starting as the Sales and Catering Manager at Embassy Suites from November 2004 to January 2009. During their tenure, they received various accolades and played an important role in employee engagement and guest satisfaction initiatives.

Following this, they joined LTI (Logic Technology Inc.) as a Senior Region Manager in January 2009, where they reported directly to senior executives and led recruitment strategies. Jennifer stayed at LTI until April 2018.

In November 2018, Jennifer became the Director of Human Resources at Mueller Roofing Distributors, Inc. Their responsibilities included strategic planning, managing relationships with stakeholders, and overseeing various human resource functions and procedures.

Jennifer Mooney completed their education history with a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Franklin University, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University in 2009. Jennifer also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from the University of Cincinnati. Additionally, they obtained various certifications including Employment Law, FMLA Essentials, HR Management Best Practices, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Management II, OSHA General Industry Training, and SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from institutions such as Employers Resource Association (ERA), Independent Distributor Alliance Corporation, and SHRM.
