Dick Lesperance

Dick Lesperance has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple companies. Dick is currently serving as an Alumni Advisory Board Member at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Sales - FDMe at Mueller Sports Medicine, Inc. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at The United States Playing Card Company - A Cartamundi Company, where they held the role of National Sales Manager - Senior Director (USA and Canada) and was responsible for managing and leading all aspects of sales, developing channel and go-to-market strategies, and overseeing a team. Before that, at SC Johnson, they held various roles including Director - Sales Analysis, Sr. Corporate Account Business Manager - Kroger Team, Director - Consumer and Trade Solutions, Director/Team Leader - Safeway Team, and Customer Marketing Manager. In these roles, they were involved in sales planning, strategic vision, trade spending programs, category management, and building internal and external relationships to drive sales results.

Dick Lesperance obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, where they studied Business. Dick attended the university from 1984 to 1989.
